SCOPE OF WORKS
Cappa completed civil construction works in the Mater Hospital, as part of their new state of the art palliative care facility and modern-day surgery unit project.
A temporary ramp was also constructed in order to link two split level parking lots together, creating additional space for staff parking.
The new build is constructed on top of the existing carpark. As a result, Cappa enlarged and strengthened the existing foundations and columns, in order to support the additional loading.

Dowling starter bars into the existing structure and laying reinforcement mesh.

Ramp, wing walls and hobs poured and finished.

Ramp completed within a weekend to ensure the carpark was operational for the weekday.
