SCOPE OF WORKS
Cappa completed investigation works following reports of dampness in the floor, leading to the discovery of magnesite and leaking water.
Further investigation uncovered defects in the concrete and corroded reinforcement. The defective concrete was removed, the corroded steel treated, and Certified Trades brought in to repair any damaged services before the product pour took place.
- Work completed in a habited strata managed residential complex.
- Works Included: Surface Protection, Magnesite Removal, Water Leaks, Concrete Repair.
- The Concrete repair was carried out over a 3-day period to minimise disruption to residents.
