SCOPE OF WORKS
Cappa Construction and maintenance were engaged to excavate around and remove a compromised stormwater pit in a basement carpark of a residential complex in North Sydney with a low clearance of only 1.9m.
Cappa coordinated the supply of materials, plant and sub-contractors seeing works through from slab demolition through to pit replacement and re-lining of an inlet drainage line which was also compromised.
- Low head height of only 1.9m and pit depth of 2m
- 7-day turnaround to minimize disturbance to residents
